Ramadan, A Month of Challenges and Fun

Ramadan is a month of spirituality, sharing… and daily challenges! From struggling to wake up for Suhoor, to finding strategies to survive until Iftar, to little family battles over the last crêpe, every day is an adventure.

If you want to survive this blessed month while keeping a smile on your face, here’s a lighthearted and funny guide to get ready!

The 6 Types of Fasters During Ramadan 😂

  • The Professional Sleeper Their survival plan? Sleep all day to avoid hunger and thirst. They wake up just before Iftar and pretend to be tired… after a 10-hour nap.

  • The Time Watcher Knows exactly how many seconds are left until Maghreb. Checks the clock every two minutes and constantly asks: “How much time is left?”

  • The Confused One Forgets they’re fasting. Opens the fridge, grabs a yogurt… and stops just before eating it. Close call!

  • The Fake Healthy Eater “This year, I’ll eat healthy,” they say, starting with soup… then devouring 4 samosas, a full tajine, and 3 desserts.

  • The Drama Queen “I have NEVER been this hungry in my life!!!” (Even though they fasted just fine last year). Exaggerates everything and acts like they’re seconds away from passing out.

  • The Iftar Warrior Their mission: taste everything on the table. They load their plate as if they haven’t eaten in years… and immediately regret it.

2. Mission Impossible: Waking Up for Suhoor ⏰

Alarm rings. You turn it off. Five minutes later… it’s already too late. You rush to the kitchen, gulp down a date and a glass of water before the Adhan. Mission failed.

3. Ramadan VS Other Months 👀

  • Before Ramadan: "I will eat healthy and sleep early."

  • During Ramadan: "Why not add 5 more briouate?"

  • After Iftar: "I’ll just lie down for 5 minutes..." (wakes up at 11 PM).

4. The Worst Ramadan Traps 😱

Opening the fridge without thinking – You just want to look… then realize you can’t eat anything yet.

Watching a food commercial – That juicy burger suddenly looks like the best thing ever.

Eating too fast at Iftar – You were so hungry you finished everything in five minutes… now you can’t move.

Food coma after Iftar – You just wanted a short nap… but wake up at 11 PM, realizing you missed Tarawih.

5. The Battle for the Last Crêpe ⚔️

Dinner is almost over… and there’s only one crêpe left. Everyone stares at it, tension rises. Who will grab it first?

👀 Sneaky glance. 🤔 Tactical analysis. ⚡ Lightning-fast attack. 🥺 Failure. Someone else got it.

Lesson: Be quick or accept defeat.

Ramadan, Between Hunger and Laughter

Despite hunger and fatigue, Ramadan is a time of joy, sharing, and beautiful family moments. So whether you're a Professional Sleeper, a Time Watcher, or an Iftar Warrior… enjoy every moment!

Which type of faster are you? 😆
